Turbo6 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between turbo6 ("we", "the platform", or "the Company") and you as a user or registered member. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between both parties.

By accessing the turbo6 website, registering a new account, making a deposit, joining any game or activity on the platform, or using any feature we provide, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms contained in this document.

Turbo6 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the turbo6 platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the turbo6 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration;
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gaming platforms;
• Not be previously banned by turbo6 for any prior reason;
• Register only one account per individual — duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. turbo6 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to national ID, passport, proof of address, and bank statements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to register only one account. Should turbo6 detect the existence of duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately and all bonuses received will be voided. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonuses) may be returned at turbo6's discretion.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activities that take place within your turbo6 account. This includes all wagering, financial transactions, and any other actions carried out through your account, whether by yourself or by any other party who gains access to it.

• Password: Keep your password secure. turbo6 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Change your password immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We encourage all members to enable 2FA for added security. This feature is available in your account settings.
• Personal Information: Keep your personal information up to date at all times. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay the KYC verification and fund withdrawal process.
• Account Transfer: A turbo6 account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Turbo6 supports a range of secure and licensed payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits will be credited to your account automatically in a short time after successful payment confirmation.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page;
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted;
• Turbo6 does not bear any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that has passed KYC verification;
• Turbo6 processes withdrawals within 3–5 minutes for standard withdrawals that have passed security checks;
• Withdrawals involving large amounts or requiring additional review may take longer to process and may be subject to further verification;
• Turbo6 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed if identity verification has not been finalised;
• Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraud or illegal activity will be placed on hold immediately pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Turbo6 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

• Rollover Requirements: Every bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirements before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover rates vary by promotion type.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated and will be automatically voided.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one bonus may be active at any given time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: turbo6 reserves the right to void any bonus and decline withdrawal requests if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including hedging and the use of multiple accounts.
• Promotion Changes: turbo6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any dispute regarding bonus calculations or rollover requirements must be submitted to the turbo6 customer support team within 7 days of the incident. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the turbo6 platform — including video slots, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, and sports betting — are governed by their respective rules, which can be found within each game. Those specific game rules form part of these Terms.

• Game Results: All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid documented evidence of a technical fault;
• Technical Failure: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, turbo6 will review system records and make a fair determination based on stored data;
• RNG: All slot games and table games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency;
• Betting Limit: The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.

Turbo6 is not liable for any losses arising from valid and fair game outcomes. All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a game has commenced.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the turbo6 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity or personal information to register or verify an account;
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automation software, or any technical tool that provides an unfair advantage in games;
• Money Laundering: Using the turbo6 platform to conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds;
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, hedge betting across accounts, or manipulate the bonus system;
• Hacking: Any attempt to access systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation;
• Platform Disruption: Any action intended to disrupt, damage, or impair the performance of the turbo6 platform;
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino and poker games.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Turbo6 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process;
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity;
• Requests from relevant legal authorities;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the turbo6 customer support team. Prior to closure, all applicable rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, all bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be voided. turbo6 reserves the right to determine whether any real-money balance is eligible for return based on the outcome of the investigation.

9 Liability Limit

Turbo6 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, outages, or failures.

• Turbo6 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party software failures, or natural disasters;
• Turbo6 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by members;
• Turbo6's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount of actual deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim;
• Turbo6 is not liable for the outcome of any valid bets — all wagers are placed entirely at the member's own risk.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Turbo6 takes the privacy and protection of members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the turbo6 platform, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification (KYC);
• Processing of financial transactions;
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.

The Malay and English versions of these Terms may differ in certain expressions. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency, the English version shall prevail as the definitive version.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
